I asked my friend John Spatz if he would start doing Rankings for the PCFL at his website http://www.ezfootballrankings.com/. 

Currently he does the WFA, IWFL, AIFA, CFL, CIS, IFL, NCAA DIV I FBS & NCAA DIV I FCS and I find him more accurate than Massey, since Massey does ratings not rankings.  He has the system he uses on his website.

His only requirement was that teams keep up on their stats and I told him that wouldn't be a problem.
